The way we provide exceptional service to our clients is through our design process. You will find that our design process will fit your needs. The design process helps us communicate with our clients in a very unique way so we can fulfill their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible while getting the best results. Once you contact us, here are the different stages of the design process.

Identify project

After you contact us for the first time letting us know what kind of work you need done, we will reply to you and find out more information on the project so we can give you as narrow of a quote that we can. We'll ask you questions that will help us understand exactly how large or small your project will be, rather it be a piece of online software (web 2.0) or just a re-designed business look through business cards and letterhead. Once we've identified the project's basic needs, we go to the next level of the design process.

Present proposal

Now that we're on the same page with what you're looking for, we put together a proposal for you. We make rough designs and descriptions of all of the work that we believe that you'll need for your project. We'll do research to find out how doing this project might benefit you. If this is a website, we'll find out how many searches go out per month for the products or services you offer, we'll find out how much it will cost for you to purchase traffic and if we have enough information about your company, we'll be able to estimate how much you'll be making just from the website. If this is a re-design of business documents, we'll be able to tailor the design to your target market so that your presentations to your clients will be as impressive as possible. This proposal is a comprehensive presentation of the quality of work you'll be getting as long as you remain our client. In this part of the design process, we'll also give you information regarding pricing and the time it will take to complete the project.

Tailor proposal

After you've seen the proposal and you agree to work with us. We tailor the proposal to your needs. We throw out items that you don't want or need and we add items that you feel are necessary. Together we create the perfect creative media plan for your business. At this stage of the design process, we agree on the work that will be done and the price and 1/3 of the total minimum price estimate is due so we can start working together.

Create first run

This is the part of the design process where we deliver. We've worked around the clock to create for you your first prototype of the product that we agreed upon. At this point we are about 2/3 done with the design process. We've identified your needs and we've executed them to the best of our knowledge and now it's time to receive some feedback. 1/3 of the total minimum price estimate is also due at this time.

Review and modification

---

At this part of the design process, you give us all of your feedback from the first run and we make the necessary changes to meet and exceed your needs. This part of the design process takes several steps and it may take a few times before we've made all of the changes necessary for your final approval. We respond quickly and promptly to your requests and make these changes as efficiently as possible so you can have your finished product as soon as possible.
