What is search engine optimization (SEO)?
A search engines do not employ people to surf the web looking for websites to include in their index. A search engine uses a robot to surf the web and categorize websites according to their content. Search engine robots look for specific tags to allow them to correctly categorize websites. In the past, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services were easy, you would have a meta tag on the page that was only visible to search engine robots that would include all of the keywords and keyword phrases that had to do with your website. Many search engine optimization (SEO) experts would surf the web looking for keywords and put lists of hundreds of thousands of keywords on their page so they would show up on top for many different searches. Now, search engines not longer rely on these meta keyword tags. They’ve become smarter and they search the content of your page to categorize it, but it’s still not smart enough to categorize it like a human can. For this purpose, search engine optimization (SEO) is an important thing for you to do or have done so you can be listed correctly in search engines.
